We currently ship across the U.S.—no extra fees for shipping or handling, it’s all included in your subscription. We're not shipping internationally or to U.S. territories (like Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or the Mariana Islands) just yet, but it’s on our radar.

Each box includes 9–11 curated items, handpicked to match your style profile and lifestyle. You can expect a mix of:
- Premium accessories (bags, backpacks, duffles)
- Premium tops (hoodies, jackets, or layers)
- Premium bottoms (joggers, denim, or shorts)
- Premium outerwear (during colder months)
- Other standout pieces
- Shoes in every box – Nike, Adidas, or Jordan guaranteed

Can I cancel anytime?

There’s no contract or long-term commitment—so you’re in control.
If you’re considering a cancellation, just reach out within 7 days of receiving your box, and we’ll help you take the next step before your next charge.

Heads-up: If it’s been more than 7 days, we’ll still help out—cancellation will just kick in after your upcoming charge.
Can I exchange an Item?
Need to exchange something? We’ve got you.
Each package is built to help you feel confident in what you wear—but if something’s off, we’ll help make it right.
Here’s how exchanges work:
- We don’t offer traditional returns so we can keep prices low for all members.
- If 2 or more items in your box didn’t work out, you’re eligible for 1 complimentary exchange every 6 packages.
- If it’s fewer than 2 items or outside that window, no problem—you can still request an exchange for a $20 processing fee.
- To start, just email us within 30 days of getting your box at assistant@threadbeast.com. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
- We’ll also ask for some feedback so we can adjust your style profile moving forward.
Important: Please wait for a reply from us before sending anything back—this helps us avoid any missed packages or lost shipping costs.

Can I get a refund?
Why we don’t do refunds (and what we do instead):
To keep your cost low and your box full of value, we don’t offer refunds at this time. But we do offer support—through exchanges, personalized feedback, and ongoing updates to your style profile.
