How many points do I get per package?
You get a point for every dollar you spend, and points are multiplied on higher plans. Here’s a breakdown:
Basic Plan — $1 = 1 Point (+ 1,000 points every 4 packages)
Essential Plan — $1 = 2 Points (+ 2,500 points every 4 packages)
Premium Plan — $1 = 3 Points (+ 5,000 points every 4 packages)
Baller Plan — $1 = 4 Points (+ 10,000 points every 4 packages)
*If discount used on package, only dollars spent count toward points
What can I use my points on?
Head over to https://my.threadbeast.com/#/login and go to the reward page on your loyalty tab to see our current rewards which include: gift cards (Nike, Amazon, etc.), Baller shoe upgrades, watches, ThreadBeast swag, discounts and more.
How do I check my point balance?
Head over to your https://my.threadbeast.com/#/login and go to the reward page on your loyalty tab.
What happens to my points if I cancel?
Points are lost upon cancelation, but not on pauses. Email assistant@threadbeast.com if you’d like to pause your account and save your points for later.
Can I combine points from different accounts?
We do not offer the ability to combine points across separate accounts.
Can I gift my points to a friend?
We do not offer the ability to send points across accounts.
I’ve been a member for a long time, did I only start earning points?
All memberships active from September 1, 2019 until now have been grandfathered into the program for points.
Do I get points for referring friends?
Points are not awarded for successful referrals, but you get a free basic package instead. You can earn more points by following us on social media and sharing your unboxings with #threadbeast.
